d882 Responsible Gaming — your protection is our priority
d882 believes enjoyable gaming starts with awareness. Our protection tools and 21+ policy keep you in control at all times.
Our Commitment
d882 is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. We believe responsible gaming is not just a rule — it is a culture. Our core goal is for every player on our platform to remain aware, in control, and having fun.
Online gaming can be a great source of entertainment, but it can sometimes cause problems for some people. d882 actively works to prevent all forms of problematic gaming. Our responsible gaming tools help you stay in full control of your time and money while playing.
Remember — gaming should be for entertainment, not as a sole source of income. If you ever feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact our support team without delay.
Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate at d882. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
Age verification is a mandatory part of our platform. We may request identity verification in any case where there is doubt.
Our Protection Tools
d882 provides a number of effective tools to help you manage your gaming habits. They are completely free and can be used at any time from your account.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period — you can reduce it instantly. Beyond the ৳300 minimum deposit rule, you choose your own limit.
Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play each day. When the set time is up, the system will automatically alert you. Responsible gaming means taking breaks on time and not turning away from your daily responsibilities.
Reality Check Reminder
Turn on regular break reminders for long uninterrupted sessions. A notification will appear on screen at set intervals so you know how long you have been playing and how much has been transacted.
Time-Out Break
Need a short break? Activate a time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in to or deposit into your account. Once the break ends, your account is reactivated.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term or permanent break, activate self-exclusion. Options range from 6 months up to a permanent closure. Once self-exclusion is activated it cannot be cancelled before the set period ends.
24/7 Support
Do not hesitate to talk about gaming problems. Our Bengali-speaking live chat support team is by your side day and night. You can share any concern or issue directly with them.
